About Us
EMX ENGINEERING was founded in 2009 as an independent sole trader. The company is based in Backnang, approximately 40 kilometres north-east of Stuttgart, Germany.
After acquiring a degree in telecommunications, the founder Eberhard Marx was employed at AEG-TELEFUNKEN and its successors from 1981, acting as head of conformity test lab and system integration & verification department from 1991 onward. Based on 30 years of experience with many different telecommunications systems and an extensive personal network within the industry, we offer our customers tailored services and solutions.
Our particular focus is on the area of DSL-technology, synchronization of networks as well as conformity and interworking.
Our company logo, which is a combination of analogue and digital technologies, symbolizes our broad range of competencies across the full spectrum of today's telecommunications technology.
